The 8th National Energy Storage Science and Technology Conference, co-sponsored by Jilin University, Energy Storage Engineering Committee of Chemical Society of China, Electric Energy Storage Committee of Chinese Society of Electrical Engineering, and Chemical Industry Press Co., Ltd. has been held in Changchun Wuhuan International Hotel from April 7th to 9th, 2023. The theme of the conference is "Key Science and Technology for Energy Storage under the Dual Carbon Target".

Carbon materials and MXene energy storage were presented in the sub-forum, including the controllable transformation design and ion storage performance of MXene composite materials, the research of electrochemical energy storage MXene materials, and the MXene/GO composite membrane for converting osmotic energy into electric energy. This academic feast has benefited a lot from refreshing the new technology and new experience in the field.
